How to request an iPad app

Apps that require a fee, must first be approved by your main office. Requests to your main office must include:

  • The specific/full name of the app(s)
  • Number of licenses required (apps are licensed per device)
  • Cost per app

Upon approval, your main office will submit a PO to the Business Office and then to Technology. Once the app has been purchased, the Technology department will configure and push the app to the device(s). This is usually done remotely and will not require a tech to be present.

Once the app is installed you will receive an email notifying you and asking you to confirm the app is visible on the device.
